I forget why. I know that car was one of a series of cars the factory employees made for Ferry's Birthday. The factory workers had a tradition of creating a special car for Ferry's birthday every five years. And typically the project would take many years to finish. The Austro-Daimler Sascha was just one of these "projects". The old fire truck was another as was the four door 928.
I think the card images were done for "luck". I also think its bc Ferry liked to play cards.
The car was presented to Ferry to remember his father's years when he worked for Austro-Daimler.
