i had a similar experience w/ some jackass in an M5 (it had aftermarket wheels and exhaust, so ostensibly and 'enthusiast') on a 2 lane section of 101 in sonoma county. he would weave in and out, then pull even w/ a slow moving bus and sit there to block as much traffic as possible behind him....
