remember one thing...the reason you don't try to catch the exact top is because when it turns bearish it falls at 10 times the rate as bullish grind, so there isn't a lot of time to react.

many will lose most if not all their previous bull gains within 2-4 weeks of a bear cause thats how fast it will free fall...matter for fact, the first few weeks often look like normal healthy pullbacks...in the meantime, something nasty is brewing underneath.

Many will grind out gains during bulls cause its like throwing darts and but you need to catch the hot sector and ride it, but the real key is knowing when to get out...at the end of the day getting out of the way of a bear is just as important as catching it on the upside cause it can go away and turn into losses really fast.
