This just isn't true. My EcoBoost has 20 MPG average right now on the screen (that's city and highway driving). If I drive conservatively and carefully, it gets more like 22-23. If I go reset it before a long highway trip and drive conservatively, it's mid to high 20's...

My friend has the V8 and he's lucky if he gets 15, driving extremely conservatively.
