the gym i go to currently is right next door to a bar.
it motivates me walking by the bar and seeing all the fat people sweating and eating shitty food as im walking into the gym.
another thing i hate is when people come to the gym and stay for 30 minutes with a partner and do 3 sets and go to the bar. like what's the point of that? you obviously dont want to be here so why did you come in the first place?
