You're completely right, I do not watch the news.

I read the Business/Market section on AP news, CNN Money, and Fox on my iPhone apps.

Along with local news and weather forecasts.

Since I don't live in the east coast nor have any family or good friends over there, I don't tend to read news relating to that sector (along with World news that doesn't relate to Business in some way).
Though I do read news about the Middle East; and of course about the economic situation in Europe etc

I did see headlines about snow and pictures of it, but I did not read the articles themselves.

I tend to focus only on what relates to my life and business, and what I can use to profit from the market (business section) and plan my week (local news)
