Changing subject...
Achal came to my house yesterday for 2 installations:
- euro headlights
- Hartge front lip
3 people and 4 hours of work. We finished.

Unfortunately, Achal's car had issues accepting the euro headlights.
here are the symptoms... maybe someone can think of reasons.
1) keyfob in, car is off, turn lights on (all good. lights come on, AEs come on)
2) turn car on (still all lights good), left lowbeam warning message
3) wait a few seconds, left low beam goes off, all AEs are on, right low beam is on. warning message now says "right low beam"
4) turn off car
5) turn on car
6) All lights come on but step #3 repeats
We noticed the left low beam is kind of dim and not blueish. The right low beam is more blueish. we put the cars side by side and my lights look twice as bright as his. Could this be the bulbs?
Achal is going to try new bulbs for now.
we followed the wiring instructions found in this board.
the right headlight has the same wiring as the left.
Well, other than that, it was a fun afternoon working on the bimmer.
