Technically, that option is assumed with all of the other options. If you bend over for a penny/dime/quarter/whatever, you obviously dont bend over for nothing.
I keep all my change in a jar and get cash for it at the bank a few times a year, a few hundred each time. As for what I will pick up...it depends. In the situation you laid out (busy street, bunch of people walking behind me, like at a concert, football game, etc) then I wouldnt pick up anything that wasnt paper. On the other hand, sitting at work bored, I actually just picked up a penny.
