Late Oil Change is this bad?

Bit of an update from my last thread. Bought a 2019 M240i the other day with incredibile spec and in mint condition, the servicing was all logged in iDrive and 'on time' not 'late'. But after further inspection (my own mistake) it appears the engine oil was changed at 3k miles but then it wasn't changed again until it hit 36k miles.
It did do a lot of miles in it's first year (24k) and has dropped down to 6-8k a year since. It was a pre reg and BMW courtesy car for it's first year from the documentation I have. Which is why it did 24k miles in it's first year.
The BMW servicing documentation I have and iDrive did not log the engine oil being done at 36k as late or an issue which is very strange. I have contacted BMW to verify this. Should I be concerned? The car is at 46k miles currently, and did have another oil change at 45k recently. I don't plan on keeping it for 10 years, but do want to keep it for 5. Just hope it hasn't damaged the engine. It drives like a dream, thanks to the B58. Just wanted to know your thoughts on this.
