New brake fluid didn't solve my problem
They tried everything to avoid an expensive replacement under warranty - replacing the brake fluid was one initial step (done by BMW).
Disabling features is a great idea if you don't have the time and money to deal with it now but I would not accept turning off features when my car was still under warranty.
