How many times could an article say "grid resiliency"? So will this be an opt in or out program for EV customers?
Not all are going to want to let utilities have access to vehicle battery pack via vehicle-to-grid capabilities.
Honestly in the future...if I have solar, home battery packs, EV's...I will be fully off grid. Utilities can bugger off.
