With the WOTBox wired, the car will crank but not start. Using a Windows 11 laptop with version 4.8 of the software. This is a brand new box and hasn't been setup yet
Here is the information for the serial communication:
Adapter: Included HL340 USB->Serial
Using provided driver
Port Settings: 9600 Baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control. FIFO Buffers enabled, set to 14.
Tried COM1, COM3, and COM10. No results
EDIT: Tried N2MB's steps so far, they said to press button on WOTBox and see if LED turns off. LED did not turn off so waiting to hear back on what's going on. Checked all of the signal wires and nothing reads over 2-5V so don't think anything could be fried

My guess is the software version. Check out this guide and redownload the 3.9 software instead of 4.8. Also make sure your RPM source is MazdaSpeed3 or 6
