Fuel pump question

So I have a 2009 335i my fuel pump and control module is starting to go out I get the service engine light coming on and off and I scanned the car with my brother at a bmw shop and it threw the fuel pump code countless times as well as module code. I was thinking about going aftermarket to run e85 but don’t know which is the best in terms of reliability. My brother works at a bmw shop so he can install the new fuel pump and new module as well as code in the new module all I would pay would be for parts. The only thing is the shop won’t install aftermarket fuel pump only stock so I’d have to do the aftermarket on my own which I could. My question is if I get an aftermarket pump can they still code in the new module or should I stick with the stock pump? I will be throwing a tune very soon as I’m getting down pipes as well so I was hoping to go aftermarket on the pump. As well as which pump is the best ?
