Before I start replacing randome parts ( starter, relays, CAS module etc )
like to get some opinions here.

You need to get your car coded for the battery. I would look around your area who does BMW coding and check with them if they are able to do it. You will need to replace it with the exact same battery for CCA and Amps for you not too.
When the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) or Amperage does not match, the vehicle either demands more or less from the battery which can cause you some of the codes
