There's no doubt about the fact that Max's maturation has been influenced by being on a team that supports him like family with an elite level of operations from development to strategy to mechanics. The fact that he ended up on Red Bull and not Mercedes/Ferrari was a blessing in disguise. Even if the results weren't immediate. He may have gotten results faster on Merc but they would have ruined him.
