between coilover brands, i'd get KW because they are reputed as most comfortable albiet slightly costlier.
in your case i would just get Eibach Pro-Kit springs and F80 bump stops. after you get the wheels installed, you'll have a better idea which Pro-Kit to get. either least-low or next-lower, which is 15mm lower in front but same rear.
aftermarket is TPMS is fine. they're typically the same without the BMW branding.
