But low amounts of alcohol are good for you!
Seriously, it's much better to use too little than to use too much.
I quit hard alcohol when I was 15yrs old, and only drank a beer a night until I got old, but now I even drink the hard stuff again, occasionally.
Just keep that drug under control, whatever that may mean to you & yours!
