I'm selling my child because tragically, I have to buy an SUV for work and I don't have the luxury of keeping both.
I'm the second owner (I actually bought it from a former forum member).
It has a clean title, and I have the complete service history from the day it left the showroom. Here's how it came loaded and what's been added:

Black Sapphire Metallic Paint
Black Dakota Leather
Premium Package
-Leather Upholstery
-Integrated Garage Door Opener
-Auto-Dimming Rear-View Mirror
-Auto-Dimming Side Mirrors
-Compass
-Lumbar support
-Two-Position Memory Power Seats
BMW Assist & Bluetooth System
Sport Package
-18" Alloy Wheels (Upgraded to 19" iForged Wheels)
-Performance Tires
-Front Sport Seats
Tire Pressure Monitor
Paddle Shifters
Automatic Transmission
Gray Poplar Wood Trim (wrapped in Carbon Fiber Leather)
Moonroof
Heated Front Seats
Alarm Pre-wiring
Park Distance Control (rear)
Dynamic cruise control
iPod and USB Adapter
Bi-xenon adaptive headlights
iDrive Navigation System
-Real Time Traffic Information
Premium Sound System w/ DSP
-Harman Kardon LOGIC7 Surround Sound
TOTAL Suggested Retail Price + Dealer-Installed Aero Full Body Kit: $53,920

Aftermarket Equipment Installed (MSRP):
iForged Drift Two-Piece Wheels - 19" ($3200)
H&R Sport Springs/Koni Yellow Shocks ($800)
Magnaflow Performance Exhaust ($1200)
BMW OEM Rear Spoiler ($445)
BMW Matte Black Center Grills ($80)
6500K Fog Lights (to match OEM Xenons, $45)
GP Thunder Angel Eyes (to match OEM Xenons, $30)
Bimmian Black Sapphire Metallic Painted Reflectors ($50)
Carbon Fiber Leather Interior Trim ($400)
MOMO Italian Leather Short Shift Knob ($90)
All around 20% UV Window Tint w/ Lifetime Warranty ($300)

The car has also been prepped for the install of a Vishnu PROCede engine management chip, which I never got around to doing, but I have it and will include it in the sale price of the car.

I've recently done quite a bit of recommended preventive maintenance, including replacing the fuel injectors and a full walnut blasting of the valves, so the engine should stay healthy and strong for a long while.
