Yes, that's true for any roads. I really hate slushy wet roads. Snow doesn't bother me, little snow on the roads that is, even on a RWD car with snow tires. But slushy snow just little above the freezing level can be challenging. Rain doesn't bother me even on Nürburgring style curves.
