I mean it's not explicit, but all the clues are there to figure it out between what happened to her in tonight's episode and what Jaqen said to her when she got caught last season.
"The masks are poison to somebody" - Arya is supposed to be nobody, but by killing Trant she demonstrates that she is still "somebody", hence why the masks are acting like a poison to her.
Couple that with the Waif coming down to the docks for some sparing practice and telling Arya "I'll see you tomorrow" - the faceless men are assassins, this is just sensory deprivation training.
