Really, your best bang for your buck is the AA tune- hands-down.

A performance intake and performance exhaust will just make the car sound great- which isn't such a bad thing considering the NA engine sounds beautiful when pushed up to it's higher revs.
I think headers would give you a decent increase. AA just came out with their own headers and they have dyno sheets showing the increase. I was also told by different shops that headers would give you a decent jump compare to other bolts on

How did you find the 3 stage intake , since it look slike you had a 328 before. Is it a good jump in power? is it true there are flats spots at 3k ?
Oh absolutely that will give you gains, but that does not come cheap. I thought that Picasso was referring to bolt ons like exhaust intake etc.
