Yeah I'm not sure I would call that "morals." That's just an arbitrary, self-imposed restriction that's making you miserable by your own admission.
Having consensual sex with another,
non-committed adult is an amoral proposition.
Having sex with women who are in otherwise committed relationships (husbands, fiances, monogamous relationships) is immoral, but "friends with benefits" does not necessarily imply any of that.
