Just keep in mind that:
a. 20" wheels with very low-profile tires will be more likely to get damaged by potholes and other road hazards
b. They increase ride harshness because there's less sidewall to absorb bumps
c. The tires cost more to replace than 18" versions
d. They're heavier than 18" wheels (unless you buy super-expensive lightweight versions), which can have a negative effect on handling
Be really careful with wheel offsets, or the tires will rub the fenders/suspension.
