I agree. The car wont appeal to me without a much sportier trim level, but I (we) represent a very small segment of buyers as enthusiasts. This car might cause companies to shift their strategy. If so, the biggest benefactor (besides Merc) might be Lexus because they can implement luxury features at a lower price point with quality to match.
