Best/Nicer cities in Broward County are Cooper City & Weston. Both are really close to Pines/Miramar

Always ask for "Specials", i got my rent down $120 vs the asking price on their floor plans @ San Michelle.
Another option a little more north is the "TAO" by Sawgrass, luxury towers, you can get a $1500 apmt if you look patiently.
