For a "good" watch...your budget is low so I would aim for buying used. Many of the vendors on there completely service the used watches so your basically getting a CPO'd watch.

Good is relative... I have 2 nicer watches, that I don't like wearing all the time, I need a basic everyday watch like a citizen or something.
