I'm impressed. So far so good. Called them at 5:26pm and had the email below at 5:32pm. Note that they say i should have it back within 2 weeks of them receiving it. Nice!

Please pack up the gun(s) in their case (include the magazines only if there is a feed or slide-related concern), and put inside one shipping box. Print out the shipping label and take to your local FedEx location and they will ship it 2nd Day Air to us and will be sent back to your address via FedEx 2nd Day Air - adult signature will be required (NOTE: RIFLES WILL SHIP GROUND). You will receive an e-mail notifying you on the day it leaves our facility and should expect it two business days later (no weekends).
-DO NOT SHIP LIVE AMMO (Spent casings are acceptable only for diagnostic needs)
-CHECK & CLEAR your firearm and magazines of ammunition before shipping
-CHECK IT AGAIN
BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OFF:
-Check your information on the label for accuracy & let me know if any changes need to be made
-Please include a brief note for the gunsmith outlining any issues and the ammo.
-Be sure any aftermarket accessories or parts are removed from the gun and/or case prior to shipping (Sig Sauer will not be responsible for damage to accessories during transit)
- If you are including a letter which involves the addition or modification of a service or repair that has not previously been discussed with Sig Sauer Customer Service, you MUST contact Sig Sauer Customer Service prior to shipping the firearm so the appropriate adjustments can be made in your work order & account notes.
You should have your serviced or upgraded gun back 2 weeks from the day we receive it.
Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for supporting Sig Sauer products!
