If you ever want to hit it up some time, let me know. Most of the people I know don't shoot (I'm a noob myself) and my one nearby friend only has a shotgun. I only have a few handguns. I've never been to Maxon so I can't compare. I have been meaning to check it out, but it's pretty far from me.
Gat isn't bad. They have 3 ranges; each with 8 positions. The target...mechanism (?) is basic compared to On-Target's. It just has your basic forward/reverse control and they use a short length of PVC pipe to attach a target to the line. It gets hot during the summer days, though. I don't know if there's no A/C or if they don't bother much with it. On-Target seems to be much better ventilated, though. Gat isn't bad, though. Range time costs the same at both. There is a rumor that Gat may expand their site again so who knows what that'll mean.

Yeah i'm guessing Gat can't be worse then Maxon, Maxon is gross and not worth your time. What kinda things do you have to shoot?
