Forget the supliments, you'll be concentrating on eating better. The simple fact is that you need to burn more calories than you consume. Cardio combined with smart eating will get you on the right path. Then you can focus on strength training to do even better.
P.S. do what it takes to stop smoking right away. That shit will kill you and undermines all the goals you just laid out.
